Teasettes Halloween Chair Series

Nothing will stop us from celebrating our favorite holiday!

Join High Priestess of Tease and ShowGirl Temple Creatrix Eva D’Luscious for a saucy Halloween-style chair dance.

In person class is limited to 4 dancers, masks required. Online also available. Folding chair required for dancing.

Sensuous chair dancing requires core strength so Eva will bring her experience as a group fitness instructor into class for core strengthening exercises -- be prepared sweat a little. A water bottle and a playful attitude are a must!

Choreography is accessible to dancers who can move themselves in and around a chair in several positions, including a supported inversion.

Wear dance heels or character shoes with an ankle strap, high enough to feel sexy and low enough to be safe. We may stand/squat on the chair or put one foot on it at a time, so be sure you're footwear keeps you balanced.

Dance in fitted workout or dance gear that allows you to move easily, and for me to see your body lines to give corrections for safety. Booty shorts and fishnets or full leggings slide easily on the chair, bare legs don't.

All students will receive a chair conditioning video and a rehearsal video that includes a run through in class view, a performance view and a step-by-step breakdown of the choreography.

PERFORMANCE SHOWCASE

Tentatively planned for 10.23 & 10.25, 5pm (All Ages) and 8pm (Adult) - dancers may select showcase dates and times, or perform in all of them.

Showcase will be in person, physically distant, if allowed by local regulations and is limited to 8 performers at a time.

Performers must attend one in person rehearsal prior to performance showcase. Date TBD

COSTUME

- Black folding chair (Eva purchased at Fred Meyer Hollywood) 

- Sparkly Black Bra (you can embellish your own too) 

- Strappy Black Bottoms 

- Short ruffly bustle (if it's a full skirt, I'll show you how to easily make it a bustle) 

- Ruffly collar 

- Black fishnets 

- Black dance heels/character shoes with an ankle strap 

- Demon horns 

- Pasties if group decides to peel to that level for Adult show
