About the event
Class will provide a framework for improvisation discovering and strengthening your body while adding flexibility, stamina and agility through our senses and imagination. The work improves instinctive movements and connects conscious and unconscious possibilities. It allows for an experience of freedom and pleasure in a playful way. The class will continue with Dynamic flooring sequences while opening and warming the body.
